Realm Adelaide – A New Form of Living

Over the next two years, Adelaide will see the rise and build of the new Realm apartments located just off North Terrace adjacent to Rundle Mall. Realm Adelaide also creates a new skyline for Adelaide and is the beginning of an exciting new story for our wonderful city.

This new project will encompass a modern day feel in architecture, design and way of living. Being in a convenient location in the CBD, buyers will be placed in the place everyone wants to be, especially during festival seasons such as the Adelaide Fringe and Adelaide Fashion Festival.

The address itself also runs directly in line with the city’s universities, art gallery and museum, which had an impact on the building’s design.

Channeling the renaissance and Victorian periods the current buildings along North Terrace encompass, Realm aims to mimic this style with a tinge of modernism.

Adelaide’s most desirable address

Last week Everything Adelaide was invited to the showroom suite of Realm Adelaide that also included a model of what the building will look like.

The night buzzed with excitement as guests sipped on glasses of wine and champagne intrigued about what’s to come in the next few years.

The project is estimated to be finished in early 2020 though buyers are starting to purchase the apartments now. We’re thrilled to see this new development take place and eager to see what it will bring to Adelaide
